About a year ago, my good friend Frog Pond shared a couple of rooted cuttings from an oleander he grows. I am amazed at how they have developed this summer and the blooms are wonderfully fragrant. Frog Pond says they remind him of baby powder... whatever the description, it is unlike anything I have run across previously in the plant world. This morning one of the plants has three blooming trusses while the second has one... they are indeed lovely... Larry
