Among my interests is the lamp work of Tiffany Studios and I love doing reproductions of their shades. While I do use my own color schemes and choices of art glass, the designs are of the Tiffany Studios which in actuality means most were designed by Clara Driscoll. Much has come to light recently about this very talented lady through the recent publication of "A New Light On Tiffany: Clara Driscoll and the Tiffany Girls ", a very interesting read for lovers of all things Tiffany.
I do many shades for myself, but also have a small business in which I do commissions. I feel blessed to seldom be without a lamp to create, and the profits help support my interests in woodworking and gardening.
